PETALING JAYA: Kedah are keeping their fingers crossed that their two new foreign strikers – Shane Smeltz of New Zealand and Thiago Fernandes of Brazil – will get their international transfer certificates (ITC) before the Malaysia Cup Group A match against Sarawak at the Darulaman Stadium in Alor Setar on Wednesday.
