PETALING JAYA: The Football Association of Malaysia (FAM), in a desperate bid to improve the national team’s world ranking, have appealed to FIFA to recognise the “A” classification friendly against New Caledonia, which they won 2-1 at the Stade Numa Daly, Noumea, on June 22.
